Do you use fresh or silk flowers?

We primarily use high-quality silk florals for large-scale designs, backdrops, and multi-area styling to ensure consistency, longevity, and budget control.

Fresh florals may be incorporated selectively when appropriate and budget allows.

Do you travel?
Yes. Travel outside of our standard service area may require a travel fee, which will be included in your proposal.

Do you offer full planning or coordination?

No. Innovative Functions focuses exclusively
on design and styling.

We collaborate with planners and venues but do not manage logistics, or vendor coordination unless specified in your proposal.

What does setup and breakdown include?
Setup includes delivery and full styling of approved design elements prior to your event. Breakdown includes the professional removal of decor at the agreed time.

Extended hours may incur additional fees.

Are tables, chairs, and furniture included?

Tables, chairs, and furniture are not automatically included unless specified.

If needed, they can be sourced as add-ons
and outlined clearly in your proposal.

How do I get started?

How far in advance should I inquire?

We recommend inquiring 4–6 weeks in
advance when possible. Short-notice bookings may be considered based on availability.

Can experiences be customized
or expanded?

Yes. Experiences can be expanded with additional styled tables, specialty backdrops, statement pieces, or enhanced design
elements based on scope.

How does payment work?
A non-refundable retainer and design deposit are required to secure your
event date.

The remaining balance is due prior to the event, with payment milestones outlined in your proposal.
