Hello! I’m Ikeira Francis, a luxury event designer and the founder of Innovative Functions — a high-end even decor brand specializing in sophisticated tablescapes, holiday installations, social events, and luxe intimate experiences.
With a background in design and project management, I bring a refined eye for detail, cohesive styling, and flawless execution to every event. My mission is to turn elegant visions into unforgettable experiences through curated decor, layered textures, and an artful approach to celebration.

In order to accomplish my goals and broaden my knowledge in the event decor industry, I attended two mentorship programs known as the Unstoppable Eventreprenuers and the WOW Academy, and I was also featured in the July Shoutout edition of VoyageATL Magazine. My business continues to grow successfully and prosper through passion, drive, confidence and the support of others.

Where are you from?
I was born in Misawa, Japan. My father was in the military so I’ve had the opportunity to live in many different places.
Favorite Movie?
I have a huge variety of movies I enjoy, but the top ones would be The Nightmare before Christmas and The Mummy.

What is the best part of an event?
Seeing the expressions of people. I love watching their faces when they walk into a room and are so amazed and speechless about the area.
It makes me wonder if they are thinking “Wow, I could never pull this off lol”.
What do you do in your space time?
I love to online shop, read and watch movies. I also enjoy playing video games and hanging out with my family and friends.
